Guten Abend,
Am Beginn konnte Molterer noch überraschen. Ort war insofern klug gewählt, als er dem Kamerateam nicht allzuviele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bot, wie beispielsweise Trettbootfahrer. Molterer wirkte diesmal auch lockerer und nicht vollgecoacht. Das hat mich an seinem Stil oft etwas gestört, dass er früher relativ häufig frei von der Fragestellung geantwortet hat. Das war beim heutigen Gespräch besser, wenn auch bei manch heiklem Thema wieder da (--> Koalitionsklima).
Dieses Thema ist auch inhaltlich mein größter Kritikpunkt. Molterer macht es sich mMn zu einfach, wenn man manche Ausflüge der SPÖ über das Koalitionsprogramm für das schlechte Klima verantwortlich macht und das jetzt auch runterspielt. Einerseits haben da auch einige ÖVP Minister recht streitfreudig gewirkt, vor allem BM Bartenstein vs BM Buchinger.
Andererseits stützt die ÖVP mit ihren Stimmen im NR die Mehrheit dieser Koalition. Dann kann man sich beispielsweise auch von einem €fighterdeal von Darabos nicht aus der Verantwortung stehlen, indem man sagt, dass das allein Verantwortung von Darabos ist.
Genauso wie bei Klimabeauftragten Wabl, was für mich die Spitze des Eisberges in einer Rückkehr zu einem Proporzsystem ist, wo die ÖVP für mich durch das mittragen dieser Regierung natürlich auch mitverantwortlich ist.

das ist das schicksal einer koalition. man trägt entscheidungen mit, die man selbst für ungscheit hält. aber ich gebe dir recht: ehrlicher wärs viellicht gewesen, diese regierung gar nicht zu bilden.
zwei so unterschiedliche parteien in sachfragen nur deshalb an eine regierung zu binden, weil sich praktisch keine andere variante ausgeht, ist von vornherein problematisch.
ja, neben den tretbooten, kam auch die tierwelt (schmetterling, wespe) diesmal zu kurz ;)
irgendwie hab ich den verdacht, dass, wenn beim klimaschutz nichts wirkungsvolles und umsetzbares rauskommt, die övp ingsgeheim froh ist, das man die verantwortung dann dem dritten aufhalsen kann.
Sicher ist es keine einfache Konstellation. Es sind zwei Parteien die beide natürlich mit einen Auge auch auf die nächsten Wahlen schielen und selbst Erfolg haben wollen.
Dennoch muss ich sagen, dass die Bilanz bisher recht ernüchternd ist. Der große Wurf fehlt. Viel gestritten.
Allein wirkliche Einigkeit bestand bei der Wahlrechtsänderung, welche ich höchst kritisch sehe. Einerseits finde ich die Verlängerung der Legislaturperiode schlecht. Wenn hätte man mindestens auch die Rechte der Opposition stärken müssen.
Zusätzlich finde ich die Wahlaltersenkung nicht positiv.
Dazu kommt, dass mit der Variante der Briefwahl ein höchst undemokratischer Faktor geschaffen wurde, da nur eine eidesstattliche Erklärung notwendig ist, dass man vor Schließung des letzten Wahllokales seine Wahlentscheidung getroffen hat. Wodurch man theoretisch das Wahlergebnis des Wahlsontags abwarten kann und dieses Ergebnis miteinbeziehen kann in Hinblick auf die Koalition, wodurch es Wähler mit unterschiedliche Wissenstand hinsichtlcih dessen gäbe.
Die Parteien rechnen aber mit einer so großen Beteiligung an der Briefwahl, dass es künftig kein konkretes Ergebnis mehr am Wahlabend gibt, was ich, sollte es wirklich so kommen, in Hinblick auf die Wahlbeteiligung eher als Gefahr betrachte.
zum Klimaschutz:
Das kann durchaus auch ein Hintergedanke sein, dass die ÖVP hier relativ handzahm war, wogegen im Vorfeld die Ankündigung Gusenbauers noch als Affront gesehen wurde.
Sichtbare Erfolge wird man vermutlich wenige verzeichnen können. Allerdings könnte es medial auch das Image von Pröll stark angreifen, wenn er einen Kontrapart wie Wabl hat.
Wenn ich daran denke, wie gut es der SPÖ gelungen war Elisabeth Gehrer in der öffentlichen Meinung zu vernichten udn auch Grasser - wenn auch nur kurzzeitig - zu schaden, könnte das für die ÖVP durchaus noch sehr negative Folgen zeigen.
Vor allem könnte die SPÖ so den Streit der Koalition outsourcen, die ÖVP aber in einen Koalitionsklimastreit via Wabl ziehen.

Dann könnte aber Gusenbauer darauf verweisen, dass er Wabl überhaupt erst geholt hat.
Aber ich sehe da größere Grundsätzliche Fragen. Wenn ich mir die Pläne einer Verwaltungsreform anschaue, dann sehe ich da sehr viele Streichungen für normale Beamte und Vertragsbedienstete. Auch bei den ÖBB Pensionen will man ja weiter streichen.
Gleichzeitig baut man aber auf oberster Verwaltungsebene wieder einen Apparat auf, der überbesetzt ist.
Gerade am Beispiel Klima:
Minister, 2 Geschäftsführer des Klimafonds, Klimabeauftragter. Wobei hier schon ein Kompetenzwirrwar vorprogrammiert ist.
Nicht zu vergessen ist auch, dass die Regierung selbst schon vergrößert ist. Dann hätte man ja einen Sts für Klima machen können.
